HOME DESIGN ASSESSMENTS

Many first-time homeowners think they can’t affort to pay for professional design services and will spend their first 2 years changing colors, buying furniture and dreaming about renovations. 

Most of my clients come to me after years of frustration because nothing works, their home looks unfinished and they are tired of buying things that don’t quite go together.

If you can relate, then you are at the right place. My Home Design Assessments have been created with you in mind. For a flat fee, we meet online and we “tour” your home. You already know what don’t like, and I come in to analyze why and how to fix it. You will get an expert to validate your ideas and to brainstorm new ones that may not have been considered.

At the end of our session, you will also receive a written summary of everything discussed, including suggestions, inspirations photos, links to resources and vendors.

This diagnosis of your home decor is effective, and my assessments are thorough.
Because I hit the ground running, we can accomplish a lot in 60 minutes and can go through several rooms or focus on one specific room/area of your home. No need to pay additional fees.

You may even discover that all you needed was a nudge from a friendly, non-judgemental designer who understands how to stretch the budget to get the most for your money.

Hourly rate is $175.00

How it Works

Schedule a FREE 20-minute On-boarding Call to discuss your needs and answer any additional questions you may have.

Schedule your Design Assessment, and once you have made the payment online, you will receive a questionnaire along with some video tutorials.

Complete the following 2 tasks 3-4 days before the appointment: email me your completed questionnaire and share with me photos and/or videos of your home via Google Drive, Dropbox or email.

We meet online. The session starts with a casual conversation about your family dynamics and lifestyle, including the home you dream of and why. I will then share my screen with you and together we will review the photos and/or videos you would have sent me. As we go on a virtual tour of your home, we will talk about what is currently not serving you, causing you frustration, or preventing your family from fully enjoying your home. It is equally important to discuss how the different spaces are affecting your mood, your producitiy and the conections you want to foster. This helps me undertand what type of home better supports your family unit. As we go from room to room, I will evaluate the different decor elements to determine what is not working and how to SOS your space.

You will receive in your email a summary of the recommendations, and any links, photos, resources shared during our meeting.
